Ayotunde is a seasoned litigation lawyer, with experience in litigation matters arising out of commercial transactions, maritime and aviation matters, government regulation and revenue, product liability, insolvency, employment, insurance, real estate and criminal matters.

He also sits as Lawbridge's specialist in maritime and aviation law. In the firm's maritime practice, he regularly represents clients in the registration of vessels, arrest, detention and release of vessels, vessel financing and mortgages, as well as compliance with the Cabotage Act in Nigeria.

In addition, Ayotunde has exceptional experience in aviation law and practice, having consistently represented aviation regulators, 6 (six) international airlines, ground handling companies and concessionaires on aviation matters in Nigeria.

Seye is the Managing Partner of Lawbridge. Her background is in law and legal practice administration. She has also been extensively involved in managing projects relating to human rights and good governance. She manages the business and practice of Lawbridge and oversees the legislative drafting practice of the firm.
She has managed and delivered civil advocacy programs of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), including projects on prison reform, electoral reform, legal aid, capacity building for judges, lawyers and police officers.

In 2007, she represented the Centre for Law and Social Action (CLASA) in the Consortium for Development Partnerships (CDP), comprising over 10 international academic institutions and NGOs and successfully facilitated the establishment of the Access to Justice initiative of the consortium. Seye is co-author of On the Gallows (a publication on the death penalty in Nigeria).
She is also a pioneer alumnus of the Young African Leaders program of Freedom House, U.S.A.
